Yes! You do not need an appointment to just drop off tax information. During filing season, preparers are often tightly scheduled with little time between appointments, therefore our staff will not be able to meet without scheduling an appointment for complex tax questions.

Yes, the sooner the better! We ask that if you have the majority of your tax documents ready, please submit them by one of the methods described above.
On average it takes 2-3 weeks to complete. However, factors that can affect turn-around times include completeness of documents received, volume of clients ahead of you, responsiveness to questions and requests for additional information, or length of time until to the filing deadlines .
This will depend on the accuracy and completeness of your personal record keeping. Often, bank records or reconciled QuickBooks files replace the need for a shoe box full of receipts.
The fastest, easiest way to find out about your current year refund is to go to the Where’s My Refund? tool on the IRS' website. Be sure to have a copy of your current tax return available because you will need to know your social security number shown on your return, the filing status, and the exact whole dollar amount of your refund.
